has Telegraph Charges below the heading TELEGRAM;
"Cash Register" box is open at left;
an increase from 25 to 35 boxes for the message.
boxed advertisement "FOR QUICK SERVICE USE THE TELEGRAPH";
has three advertisements on the reverse side.

Different schedule numbers in each of the lower corners.

1 April 1932 with the Sydney Harbour Bridge cancellation for the S.E Pylon.

Transmission form used during the period celebrating the opening of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

No message was required.

Used on the second last day of the special postal arrangements on the Bridge.

Extraordinary survivor as such a form would have been retained and later destroyed by the PMG officials.
